任职要求/岗位职责

岗位职责:1、协助确保营业大厅日常运作，维护秩序2、给于客户适当指引与帮助3、应对营业大厅内突发事件的处理4、处理领导交付的其他任务　　任职要求：1、性别、户籍不限（能听懂上海话），年龄30周岁以内；2、形象气质佳；3、全日制大专以上学历，可招实习生；条件特别者，学历可适当放宽。4、愿意从事金融窗口服务行业工作，有一定的亲和力、服务意识和承压能力。责任心、业务处理能力、沟通协调能力较强；善于微笑，普通话流利，书写端正；的品行和职业操守，工作保密意识和原则性强；办事沉稳、细致、思维活跃，有良好的服务意识和亲和力。工作地址：上海各网点就近安排
