职位描述:

SCOPE OF ROLE:
Driving business targets of the SME Banking segment. Keep abreast with SME market developments to achieve better customer service and sharpened sales focus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHALLENGES:
1. To achieve allocated sales target.
2. To plan and conduct sales activities such as cold calling and cold visiting to source for potential customers on a daily basis.
3. To develop sales channels/networks effectively.
4. To prepare and submit application documents，sales reports and other related documents on a timely basis.
5. To attend and participate in sales meetings，training sessions，sales/marketing events，seminars and other business related functions as and when required.
6. To out serve clients needs.
7. To manage and conduct sales activities and ensure all are complying with group and local guidelines/regulation such as MLP and CRM, and to ensure all can pass the audit requirements.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor degree and above major in finance will be a plus.
2. Know very well about the local culture and SME customers.
3. Optimistic，willing to work under high pressure and can face to frustration and failure.
4. Quick learner and willing to face to the challenge task and customer finance issue
5. Good customer communication skills and easy going person
6. Better manners and appearance, presentable person
7. Experience with Trade Company is preferred
8. Sales Team Leader - 3yrs and above sales experience, work with financial industry is preferred
9. Sales Team Leader - Self - driven person and better management skills
